Heritage colour schemes

Investigation of original or early colour schemes can assist in rediscovering the architectural qualities of historic buildings. Matthews & Matthews Architects Ltd have investigated and prepared numerous colour schemes for heritage buildings including the award-winning reinstatement of the 1950s colour scheme at the Parnell Baths. Recent colour schemes include reinstating original colours at the Leyes Institute in Ponsonby as well as some of interior colours found at the Pah Homestead.
