Emerald Villa

Known as Emerald Villa, the house is a well-preserved example of a timber residence from the 1860s, built for William Lodge, a court clerk to the Auckland Provincial Council. To adapt it sensitively for contemporary living, a separate wing has been added incorporating a new kitchen and family room, opening to the garden.
