Pembridge

Originally constructed in 1876, Pembridge was designed by WF Hammond for draper John Smith and was one of a group of substantial houses built in Princes Street. Two storied additions were made to the west side of the house prior to 1904. Conservation works were undertaken in conjunction with seismic upgrading in 2017.
