Mount Roskill Municipal Chambers

Built in 1956-57, the Mount Roskill Municipal Building has been restored and upgraded for use by the Puketāpapa Local Board and Auckland Council offices. The scheduled historic mid-century modern building has been conserved and strengthened, and adapted for ongoing use including upgrading services, providing a new lift, egress stairs, and new bathrooms. The project has successfully integrated energy efficient solutions to enhance the original architectural design and performance of the building.
